David Espinoza brings over 15 years of experience in the agricultural industry, excelling as a grower, shipper, and transporter of field products. As the former CEO of Trinity Produce Inc., a prominent California-based Farm Labor Contractor (FLC), David led the company for a decade, mastering legal compliance, contract labor, and employee management. During his tenure, David developed a custom program focused on fostering employee relations through a culture of safety. He collaborated closely with stakeholders to enhance processes, boost morale, and improve productivity and retention. His team provided expert guidance on HR policy, licensure navigation, contract labor terms, and continuing education.  Leveraging his expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting thorough incident investigations, David transitioned into the Insurance Brokerage industry.
