MONICA BRINSER, CEO & Founder/Executive Human Resources Advisor
A visionary leader in the HR industry, Monica founded New Level Resources as a result of her passion for helping organizations improve approaches to human resources. She has been on the forefront of transforming HR practices into a strategic support for the business, having more than 30+ years of hands-on experience in Human Capital Management and consulting.
As a business partner with clients, she counsels leaders on how to improve culture; enhance relationships between management and employees; recognize staff; and align HR practices with the business. Monica has been a certified DiSC trainer for 10+ years.
HADGAR ALAVI, Director Human Resources Advisor
Hadgar is an HR professional and certified DiSC trainer with more than 18 years of combined academic and hands-on experience in the field. She leads the New Level Resources Training Department and also manages client HR activities including employee relations, performance and learning management, benefit administration, and corporate health and wellness. She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources and Employment Relations, with a concentration in Training & Development from Pennsylvania State University.
